Vinyasa yoga combine the anatomical principles of hatha yoga linking each posture into a sequence of movements that flow with the breath.

The Vinyasa class is taught by Almu, who loves to teach and aims to do so while providing a safe space, where students can relax, and feel secure, so they can regain health and more insight about their bodies.

Almu creates a light-hearted, non-judgmental, and fun environment. Let’s face it! Yoga is funny, have you seen some of those poses? ;)

All levels are welcome! Yoga poses are adapted so every student can be met where they are, and obtain benefit out of this lovely practice.

The classes are kept to a minimum of students (normally6-8) so everyone can have their individual attention.

These classes are creative, dynamic, and physically challenging, but we make sure to keep all poses and exercises simple enough that they are suitable for “all levels.” Remember that everyone has to start somewhere! Give yourself a little time to build your endurance. Most importantly, give yourself the freedom to do as much or as little as you want in our classes. 

There is also a focus on building core strength and engaging specific muscle groups in order to develop body awareness.

 It’s a relaxing style of practice that leaves you feeling open, relaxed and refreshed. Come and enjoy it!
