Sat Nam yoga is run by Almu, who was introduced to yoga 16 years ago, when she attended an Asthanga class with Carol Murphy in Galway, ireland, and was hooked at how powerful yet peaceful yoga practice can be. Attracted to the feeling of lightness, grace and strength, Almu was inspired to train as a teacher in 2010 with Carol Murphy, and has been teaching weekly yoga classes and workshops in Galway city since then.
Almu believes that everybody can gain benefits from yoga, regardless of age, shape, fitness level or size, and all in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Her classes are run in a safe, supportive environment, where you can relax, practice yoga, and spend time with one another. Always aiming to provide excellence with a personal touch, keeping our classes small, to be able to give everyone their individual attention.
